The Vayulogic™ service operates on the principle that all “conversations” you have are with those of your customers who have “opted-in” to allow you to communicate with them via text messaging. You invite customers to "opt-in" to join your "mobile club" or "VIP program" via their mobile phones. Because your customers have permitted you to send them text messages, they are delighted to hear from you and do not regard your text messages as SPAM. As customers perceive value and enjoyment from their “conversations” with you, your customer relationships will improve—and lead to your customers telling their friends to “opt-in,” too.

Your customers will exchange text messages with you via a 5-digit “short code” (vs. a phone number) and often use one or more unique keywords that you select to identify yourself to your customers. Think of your keyword(s) as a short, text-friendly identifier that your customers use at the beginning of their messages to enable us to route their text messages to your account. For example, to “opt-in” to your program, they might text “(your keyword) club join” to the short code we maintain for you.

With our service, you have full control over the messaging between you and your customers. We never allow others to communicate with “your” customers. You also “own” all your program and customer information: We do not sell or share your customer information with others.
