Welcome to Mobile Phone User Support for Vayulogic, Inc.

Vayulogic™ is a service provider that enables U.S.-based merchants such as retail stores, restaurants, etc., to use text messaging to communicate with their customer—you, the mobile phone user. This page provides information about how our service works, terms of use for the service, and our privacy policy.

Service Description
Here’s how our service works: Our service allows a number of Partners to communicate with their customers using our short code(s).  Each of our Partners (or each Partner location) is assigned a unique “Partner keyword” that is used in our service to associate text traffic between that specific Partner and their customers.  When you want to communicate with a specific Partner on one of our short codes, you will need to enter that Partner’s unique “Partner keyword” at the beginning of your text message. Our system looks for this “keyword” at the beginning of each incoming text message to match it with the Partner you’re texting.

It’s entirely up to you to choose to “opt in” or join a specific Partner’s mobile text messaging program hosted on our service. When you see an invitation to join a Partner’s text messaging communication program—for example, on in-store signage or your sales receipt—you will be invited to send a message to a specific short code and then to write in the body of the text the Partner’s keyword followed by for example  the word JOIN. Once your text has been received, you will get back a text message thanking you for joining that program. (You might also be asked to re-confirm your intent to join with an additional message/reply.)

Subsequently, you will receive messages from that Partner at the frequency described to you. These Partner messages may contain special alerts, promotions, offers, invitations to special events, requests for feedback, etc. Some messages may request a reply from you. The frequency of messages will vary by Partner program, but typically not more than once a week.

Please rest assured that Vayulogic does not allow Partners to cross sell or market to other Partner’s customers with our service. In other words, if you’d like to hear from Partner  X, join Partner X’s program; if you’d like to hear from Partner Y, join Partner Y’s program. If you join only the program of Partner  X, you’re NOT going to be hearing from Partner Y.

Vayulogic does not ever charge consumers to use this service.

Please check with the Partner and your mobile phone carrier regarding its specific charges to send and/or receive text message. Message & Data Rates May Apply.

On-line Sign-up
We do not currently provide on-line sign-up or opt-in via Vayulogic’s website. For now, you must sign up for a specific Partner’s text communication program via your mobile phone as described above.

Need Help?
If you need help with a specific Partner program, you may send a text message to that Partner by texting to the Partner’s short code, the Partner’s keyword(s), and the word HELP.

If you want more general help information from Vayulogic and our services, just text to the same short code the single word HELP.

Stopping Service
At any time, you can opt out or discontinue participation in a specific Partner’s text message program. To do so, just text to the Partner’s short code the Partner keyword followed by the word STOP. These additional words can also be used to opt out: Sign Out, End, Unsubscribe, Quit, or Cancel. You will then receive a message confirming your decision to opt out of the Partner’s text program.

If you are participating in multiple Partner programs using the same short code, you can also send a message to the short code with the text STOP ALL (no specific Partner keyword is needed). You will then receive a message to confirm your having opted out of all program(s) on that short code and will receive no further messages.
